Its governance framework brings together the Project Director, partner team leaders, work package coordinators and international advisers, connecting scientific priorities with effective implementation and long-term institutional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>CoEx Advisory Board<\/strong> brings together the <strong>High Level Mentor<\/strong> and the five-member <strong>International Scientific Council<\/strong>. It provides external scientific expertise and strategic advice on the Center\u2019s development, research achievements and opportunities for collaboration and application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">At least four meetings per year with the Project Management Team are envisaged, complemented by visits to consortium partners in Romania. These exchanges support the review of progress, recommendations for improving project outcomes, and guidance on exploiting research results and assessing the potential applications of emerging products and technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">High Level Mentor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Professor Despo Fatta Kassinos \u2014 University of Cyprus, Cyprus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The High Level Mentor contributes with scientific expertise and strategic guidance to the development of the Center.
