International Advisory Board

CERSUS combines coordinated project management with independent scientific advice to guide the development of the Center of Excellence. Its governance framework brings together the Project Director, partner team leaders, work package coordinators and international advisers, connecting scientific priorities with effective implementation and long-term institutional development.

The CoEx Advisory Board brings together the High Level Mentor and the five-member International Scientific Council. It provides external scientific expertise and strategic advice on the Center’s development, research achievements and opportunities for collaboration and application.

At least four meetings per year with the Project Management Team are envisaged, complemented by visits to consortium partners in Romania. These exchanges support the review of progress, recommendations for improving project outcomes, and guidance on exploiting research results and assessing the potential applications of emerging products and technologies.
