Work Package 7

Technology transfer, dissemination and training of young researchers

Coordinated by Politehnica University of Timișoara (P1), with the involvement of all consortium partners, WP7 connects CERSUS research with practical applications through technology transfer, dissemination and the training of young researchers. It promotes project results among scientific communities, industry, end-users and the wider public, while supporting partnerships for their practical uptake. Training activities, scientific visits, internships and mentoring strengthen young researchers’ skills and career development, encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and build the consortium’s long-term research capacity.

WP7 Objectives

O7.1. Bridge the gap between research and practical application by ensuring that project findings reach industry, end-users and other potential beneficiaries;

O7.2. Increase the visibility and impact of project activities by disseminating knowledge to scientific and public audiences through publications, conferences, workshops, newsletters, the project website and social media;

O7.3. Strengthen young researchers’ scientific and technical skills, employability and career development through multidisciplinary training, scientific exchanges, internships and mentoring;

O7.4. Strengthen research collaborations through scientific exchanges, workshops, joint research initiatives and knowledge sharing across the consortium.

WP7 Tasks and Activities

TTask 7.1: Elaboration of the dissemination plan, including scientific publications, participation in conferences and public events, engagement with relevant stakeholders and organisation of an international conference in the final project year.

Task 7.2: Short-term scientific visits, internships and mentorship programme, including training activities, workshops and summer/winter schools to develop young researchers’ scientific, technical, communication and project management skills.

Task 7.3: Elaboration of the technology transfer plan, including cooperation with industrial stakeholders, dedicated workshops and seminars, participation in trade fairs, B2B meetings and communication materials to support the practical application of project results.

WP7 Expected Results
